Cardio Tennis is a series of tennis-based drills and activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court. It is a great way to improve your game and at the same time your fitness. Cardio Tennis is a great workout targeted at improving balance, speed and agility. Every session includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. Ladies Night
These group lessons are for the social tennis players and also to introduce people back to the game of tennis. These sessions will primarily focus on technique and will help you to develop an understanding of the game and the four main strokes (serve, forehand, backhand and volley). We will provide support to help players develop their own style and learn about effective body movement for tennis. These lessons will also allow players to explore effective techniques and aim to develop confidence in playing points.

Adult Interclub
Adult interclub training is to develop tactical and court awareness, and to prepare for up and coming tournaments by developing game plans for matches. Lost of singles and doubles games working on specific areas of play so that the players can keep match savvy.
This training is for competitive, confident tournament players who wish to take their tennis to a higher level, for the more serious tennis player. This training is for groups of 4-6 players, and is run as one hour
sessions over eight weeks.
